The estate’s winesThus, Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc and Riesling reveal themselves as very delicate and refined, pairing perfectly with shellfish and seafood, as well as poultry. The Archer Cuvée, very fruity and expressive, is ideal as an aperitif or with a light and fresh starter. Pinot Gris and Gewurztraminer are full-bodied and well-structured, and generously accompany smoked salmon and duck breast, as well as woodland-style sauces.
